Without a coordinated effort, Seattle is at risk of losing 70% of its forests in just 20 years. Join us at St. Marks Greenbelt for Green Seattle Day 2012. This event is the kick off to our planting season and is a celebration of our neighborhood parks and committed neighbors. We will spend our time removing invasive species and planting native trees, shrubs and ground cover.

What to Bring

Please dress for the weather (layers), wear close-toed sturdy shoes, and bring a filled water bottle and snacks. If you have gloves please bring them as well.

Meet at the St. Mark's Greenbelt trail on the South edge of the St. Mark's Cathedral parking lot.
